Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Signal Base ("Signal Base," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Signal Base mobile app, signalbase-ai.com, and related services (the "Service"). The Service is intended only for people 21 and older located in the United States.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

Account information: when you create an account, your email address and any profile details provided by Apple or Google sign-in (such as name and email, or an Apple private-relay email).
Saved content: custom models you build and save, bankroll and unit settings, bets you log manually, and tracked or saved picks and parlays. When you are signed in, these are saved to your account; otherwise some stay only on your device.
Feedback and support messages you send in the app.
Discord linking: if you link Discord, your Discord user ID, username, and membership/role status.
Sportsbook linking (optional): if you connect a sportsbook through our provider SharpSports, they give us read-only data about your linked accounts and bet history (for example bets, stakes, odds, and results). We do not receive your sportsbook password.

Information collected automatically

Device and app data: an app-generated device identifier, platform, OS and app version.
Crash and error logs: error details, the screen involved, and app/device version, used to fix bugs.
Push notification token, if you allow notifications, plus your notification preferences.
Website data: signalbase-ai.com does not use cookies or analytics. Our hosting keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Purchase information: for paid plans, the app store or payment provider (Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Whop, or Stripe) processes payment. We receive subscription status and transaction identifiers, not your full card number.

We do not knowingly collect precise location data.

2. How we use information

To provide and operate the Service; to save and sync your custom models and settings; to manage subscriptions and Discord access; to send notifications you opted into; to answer support requests; to fix crashes and improve the Service; to protect security and prevent abuse; and to comply with law. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.

We share information only with:

Service providers who process it on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication, hosting of backend functions); Railway (backend hosting and data processing); our website host; Expo (app updates and push notifications); Apple and Google (sign-in, app distribution, push, payments); RevenueCat (in-app subscriptions); Whop and Stripe (payments); Discord (community and membership roles); SharpSports (optional sportsbook linking).
Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the Service.
Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
With your consent.

Sports data and odds we display come from third-party sources (for example ESPN, league data feeds, The Odds API, and others); we do not send them your personal information.

4. Retention

We keep information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or de-identify it, unless law requires us to keep it longer. Specifically: crash and error logs are kept for 12 months; account data is kept until you delete your account, plus up to 30 days to complete deletion from our systems; feedback and support threads are kept until you delete them or your account.

When you delete your account in the app, it is removed right away, and remaining server data and backups are purged within 30 days.

5. Your choices and rights

Update or delete saved content in the app; delete your account from the app's Settings or by emailing Signalbaseskinny@gmail.com.
Turn off push notifications in your device settings.
Unlink Discord or a sportsbook at any time.
Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email Signalbaseskinny@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls on our database. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

7. Age requirement

The Service is not for anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. US only

The Service is offered only in the United States, and your information is processed there.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the new version with a new effective date and give notice of material changes.
