These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Signal Base mobile app, the website at signalbase-ai.com, and related services, including our Discord community (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Signal Base ("Signal Base," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Signal Base is
Signal Base offers sports analytics and information. Features include:
- Model picks: statistical model outputs for sports such as NFL, NCAAF, NBA, NHL and MLB, covering game lines and player props.
- Record and ROI tracking: historical results of model picks, shown in units.
- Stats: player and team statistics and market lines.
- Build Your Own Model: tools to filter historical games (for example home/away or favorite/underdog), see how those filters performed in the past, and save custom models.
- Bet tracking: optional tools to log your own bets, or to connect a sportsbook account for read-only bet syncing through our provider SharpSports.
- Accounts, subscriptions, and Discord linking: sign-in accounts, paid plans, and a linked Discord membership.
2. Informational only. No betting or financial advice.
All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the Service is betting, financial, investment, or professional advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. You alone decide whether to wager and how much, and you are solely responsible for those decisions and their outcomes.
3. No guarantee of results
Sports outcomes are uncertain. Past performance, including any record, ROI, unit total, hit rate, or backtest (including Build Your Own Model results), does not guarantee future results. Historical results may reflect particular lines, books, or times that you cannot get. Odds and lines shown may be delayed, may differ from what your sportsbook offers, and may contain errors. We do not guarantee that any information is accurate, complete, or current.
4. No wagers through the Service
Signal Base is not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, or settle wagers, hold funds for betting, or pay winnings. Any wager you place is solely between you and a third-party operator, under that operator's terms.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old (or older if your jurisdiction requires it) to use the Service. The Service is offered only in the United States, and you must be located in the US to use it. You may use the Service only where sports betting and sports betting information services are legal, and you are responsible for following all laws that apply to you. We may restrict access in any jurisdiction.
6. Responsible gambling
Gambling involves risk of financial loss. Bet only what you can afford to lose, and never chase losses. For help and self-exclusion resources in your state, visit the National Council on Problem Gambling at ncpgambling.org.
7. Accounts
Some features require an account (for example, sign in with Apple, Google, or an email passcode). You agree to give accurate information, keep your login secure, and tell us about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Paid features in the app are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play (managed by our provider RevenueCat), or by card through Stripe where offered. That purchase unlocks the app and includes access to our subscriber Discord. Prices, trial terms, and renewal terms are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the store or provider where you bought them. Refunds are handled under that store's or provider's policies, except where law requires otherwise.
Discord-only access is sold separately, outside the app, through Whop. A Whop membership does not unlock the app. Linking a Discord account ties the same person to an app account. It does not move a purchase from one place to the other.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, publish, or share picks or other content without our written permission; (b) scrape, copy, or bulk-download the Service or its data; (c) reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass security or access controls of the Service; (d) share your account or subscription; (e) use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a jurisdiction where it is not permitted; or (f) harass others in our community spaces.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its models, picks, statistics compilations, software, design, names, and logos, is owned by Signal Base or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use. Custom models you build are for your personal use; you grant us a license to store and process them to provide the Service. Third-party trademarks (including team, league, and sportsbook names) belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.
11. Third-party services
The Service relies on or links to third parties, such as data and odds providers, sportsbooks, SharpSports, Discord, Apple, Google, and payment providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app's Settings or by emailing Signalbaseskinny@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNAL BASE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY GAMBLING OR WAGERING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Signal Base harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your wagers, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice (for example, in the app or by email). Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
18. Apple App Store and Google Play
Apple. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store: (a) these Terms are between you and Signal Base only, not Apple, and Signal Base, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content; (b) your license is limited to using the app on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules; (c) Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app; (d) if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any), and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation; (e) Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or similar claims; (f) Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights; (g) you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties; and (h) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, Apple may enforce these Terms against you.
Google. If you downloaded the app from Google Play: these Terms are between you and Signal Base only, not Google; Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and makes no warranties about it; your use of Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service; and Google is not responsible for claims relating to the app.
